The MMS loop, made true.

The figure-8 hid that the loop has two different handoffs. These fifteen show them as distinct seams: Commit (Decide hands committed work to Build via Big Room Planning) and Learn (Measure & learn feeds Discover via the Scorecard). The scorecard lives only on the Learn seam, never at a shared crossover.

Commit seam · Decide → Build & ship (BRP)Learn seam · Measure → Discover (Scorecard)

A panel of five product managers rated these for at-a-glance intuitiveness. Their pick is the Two-bridge ring (01); strong runners-up are the Gauge (14) and Stadium (04). The four flagged reconsider either re-create the scorecard-at-the-centre error or rely on a metaphor that buries the loop.

Clockwise. The scorecard is how delivery becomes the next discovery, the one seam where measurement turns into questions.
